Why the Installer Matters on a GREE System
GREE builds inverter equipment that ramps up and down to match the load instead of slamming on and off. That only pays off when the system is sized and installed right. GREE ties its best warranty to who installs it: the standard warranty extends to 10 years when a GREE Select Dealer does the install and the system is registered. Most contractors on GREE’s own contractor map are not Select Dealers.

A contractor approved by GREE to install and service its systems at a higher standard. Systems installed by a GREE Select Dealer qualify for GREE’s extended 10-year warranty when registered.
How do I get the 10-year warranty?
Two things: the system has to be installed by a GREE Select Dealer, and it has to be registered with GREE within 60 days of installation. We handle the registration for you on every install.
Does the GREE warranty cover labor?
GREE’s warranty covers the equipment. Labor terms come from the installing contractor, and we spell ours out in writing on every quote.
What GREE systems do you install?
